Key Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols, closely monitoring both indoor and outdoor hotel areas to detect and manage safety risks, threats, and any irregular conditions.
• Support investigations related to security incidents by collecting information, documenting findings, and facilitating accurate reporting procedures.
• Maintain detailed and precise security logs and reports to support ongoing safety management.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including safety hazards, fires, medical situations, or security alerts.
• Deliver outstanding guest support, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
