Reverse Logistics Analyst

About the Role

Rebound Electronics, a subsidiary of Jabil, is seeking a Reverse Logistics Analyst to join their Dubai office. This position focuses on supporting reverse logistics operations through managing Request for Quote (RFQ) processes, broker pricing, and maintaining precise purchasing data. The role integrates analytical, administrative, and commercial functions to ensure seamless daily operations, data accuracy, and effective coordination between teams in a dynamic global setting.

Key Duties

• Collaborate within the Reverse Logistics team to enhance service quality, foster business expansion, and uphold superior client satisfaction levels.
• Maintain and constantly upgrade the Purchasing Master Database to guarantee data correctness and system integrity.
• Oversee the full RFQ and procurement order lifecycle across various systems, including daily RFQ matching across datasets, quoting brokers, suppliers and sales teams, and executing purchase and sales orders efficiently.
• Conduct proactive analysis of historical and current data to detect trends, patterns, and new commercial prospects.
• Perform data cross-matching to verify accuracy and identify additional value opportunities.
• Handle offer releases, stock uploads, and facilitate trading activities.
• Coordinate stock releases and assist in the preparation of obsolescence and excess inventory reports.
• Leverage stock and sales team offers to proactively generate business opportunities.
• Deliver reporting, conduct ad hoc data analysis, and manage data-driven projects to aid informed decision-making.
• Communicate efficiently with internal and global stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
• Provide coverage for team members in quoting, administrative, and analytical tasks as needed to sustain service standards.
• Support leadership and the broader team with daily operational priorities.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements focusing on systems, procedures, and data quality enhancement.
• Ensure that all assignments are completed with meticulous attention to detail and within deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience in customer service environments.
• Knowledge or background in reverse logistics, returns management, or inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience or background in sales is advantageous.
