Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently on the sales floor, reflecting PUMA's values and established service standards.
• Achieve or surpass individual targets related to sales, KPIs, and profitability through effective service.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and secure processing of sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order, adhering strictly to all visual merchandising guidelines in line with PUMA’s brand standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise proficiently.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for optimizing merchandise flow to the team.
• Contribute as a committed full-time member of the retail team.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Prior experience in sales, preferably within retail settings.
• Genuine enthusiasm for PUMA products and customer engagement.
• Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented disposition.
• Team-oriented with quick learning abilities.
• Good communication skills and basic proficiency in German.
• Comfortable using MS Office and standard computer applications.
