Restaurant Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Cafe Managers to oversee operations at our locations in Koramangala and Lavelle Road, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of managerial experience within similar café environments, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day café operations ensuring efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities between different departments and manage staff effectively.
• Interact with government and regulatory bodies during inspections and other official matters.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and swiftly address major nonconformities to maximize cost savings.
• Train and monitor staff performance, and implement recognition strategies including incentives and promotions.
• Analyze operational gaps and staff deficiencies regularly, developing and executing improvement plans.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports covering multiple operational aspects.
• Engage with Human Resources, Factory Manager, and Production Manager at the corporate office and production units for smooth coordination.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience as a café manager or in a similar role.
• Proficient in English with the ability to communicate in regional languages.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer relations experience within the food industry.
• Excellent management skills to lead teams and manage cross-departmental coordination.
• Ability to strategically plan, organize and implement current and future operational activities.
