Restaurant Crewmember - Dinner/Close Shift

About the Role

Raising Cane's is actively looking for dedicated Restaurant Crewmembers to join their team at the Denham Springs location. This entry-level position is open to all, including those without prior experience in the restaurant or service sectors. New hires will be equipped with paid comprehensive training to ensure success and growth within the team. Crewmembers will be expected to work various shifts ranging from opening to closing hours, playing a crucial role in daily operations while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations, including taking customer orders and processing payments accurately and swiftly.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling and preparing food to ensure hygiene and compliance.
• Lift and move objects that may weigh up to 50 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina including kneeling, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs as necessary.
• Present excellent verbal and written communication skills and reliably arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Effectively multitask to support a fast-paced work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay is $11.00 per hour, with eligibility for up to $1.50 per hour in additional raises within the first year through training, certifications, and performance reviews.
