Role Overview
This position is for a part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist tasked with assisting business users of the Kompass Saudi Arabia platform. The specialist addresses inquiries through email, chat, and phone, helping users with account configuration, profile verification, and usage of search and lead-generation functions. The role also includes troubleshooting straightforward technical problems, recording frequent issues, and coordinating with internal departments for escalations. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on requests, delivering clear guidance, and sharing best practices to maximize platform utilization is central to this role. This entirely remote job requires dependable internet access and proficient self-management of time and tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer questions via multiple communication channels including email, chat, and telephone.
- Guide users through account setup processes and profile verification steps on the platform.
- Assist users in navigating search and lead generation features effectively.
- Perform basic technical support by troubleshooting common issues and resolving simple problems.
- Document recurring problems and collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation when necessary.
- Follow up consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Provide clear instructions and recommendations to help customers maximize platform benefits.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer support with a focus on satisfaction and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse range of business users remotely and building trust.
- Technical aptitude to offer basic troubleshooting and clear guidance on platform usage.
- Good analytical capabilities to determine customer needs, recognize issue trends, and propose improvements.
- Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely on a part-time basis, with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience with B2B platforms, SaaS environments, or customer service is advantageous.
- Minimum education of high school or equivalent; additional education in business, communication, or IT is favorable.
