Overview
This role is a Relationship Manager position focused on team leadership within the banking and insurance sectors. The position involves recruiting and managing a commission-based advisor team, delivering product training, and sourcing potential customers while explaining role details effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit a commission-based team of advisors.
- Manage and supervise advisors to ensure effective performance.
- Provide training sessions related to the bank's products.

- Communicate and clarify the responsibilities and roles to new recruits.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduation degree.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
