Overview
HDFC Bank Limited is conducting a recruitment drive through a walk-in interview scheduled for the 8th and 9th of August in Nanded. The bank is seeking to fill the position of Relationship Manager specializing in Retail Agriculture. This role focuses on acquiring and managing relationships with agriculture clients, driving business growth, and handling related banking portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers in the agricultural sector including farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and cooperatives.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with agri clients.
- Oversee and manage the agriculture loan portfolio along with performing credit assessments.
- Develop new business opportunities in the agriculture market segment.
- Cross-sell various banking products to enhance client value and revenues.
- Regularly monitor the loan portfolio's performance to mitigate risks.
- Perform client servicing duties including field visits to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess at least a graduate degree in any discipline to be considered eligible for this role.
