Role Overview

This role is focused on acquiring, servicing, and expanding relationships with affluent and super-affluent clients. The position is centered on driving investment business, offering tailored financial solutions, and building durable client partnerships that help increase assets under management (AUM).

What You Will Do

  • Win new clients from the affluent and super-affluent market using both open-market prospecting and the existing network.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and strengthen those relationships over time.
  • Increase AUM by cross-selling suitable financial products and solutions.
  • Provide investment guidance aligned with each client’s risk appetite and financial objectives.
  • Identify prospects in the target segment and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay current with market movements, investment offerings, and industry developments.
  • Work with internal product and research teams, including the Centralized CFP Team, to support well-informed investment decisions.
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.
  • Improve client engagement to deepen wallet share and expand overall portfolio value.

The role covers mutual funds, SIPs, demat, PMS, insurance, and CASA. Prior experience may be considered if the candidate has worked in these or closely related areas.

Requirements
