Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals affected by psychological injuries sustained during work or personal challenges by utilizing clinical expertise.
- Deliver tailored rehabilitation and injury prevention solutions via Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services.
- Implement evidence-based brief interventions and counselling to enhance mental health and wellbeing and foster recovery among job seekers and injured workers.
- Conduct comprehensive vocational and psychological assessments to identify vocational needs, mental capabilities, and functional status to aid return-to-work processes.

Essential Requirements
- Professional registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
- Completed tertiary education in a relevant discipline.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Consent to a National Criminal History Check upon employment acceptance.
