Position Details

• Role located at Broadview Lifecare, Whanganui
• Permanent full-time employment (minimum 32 hours per week)
• Shift patterns include mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Caregivers to ensure outstanding quality care
• Develop and oversee personalized care plans for residents
• Conduct clinical evaluations and assessments
• Build trusting relationships with residents, their families, and general practitioners
• Support Clinical Services and Care Home Managers in daily operations

Candidate Profile

• Previous nursing experience either in New Zealand or internationally
• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate with a genuine desire to assist others
• Team-oriented with empathy and motivation to improve resident wellbeing
• Committed to continuous personal and professional development and adheres to health and safety standards
