Job description
About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes stands as a premier property and holiday home management firm headquartered in Dubai, UAE, overseeing over 700 upscale short-term rental properties throughout the emirate. With a workforce of approximately 230 employees spread across Dubai, Fujairah, and Armenia, and new branches launching in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh, the Deluxe Homes Group utilizes advanced technology solutions to optimize operations, enrich guest experiences, and safeguard property owner investments.
Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Recruitment Specialist to fully manage the recruitment lifecycle across the Deluxe Homes Group. This includes hiring for a wide range of roles such as housekeepers, technicians, drivers, customer service, finance, technology, and branch supervisory positions. The specialist will be the central point of responsibility for advancing every vacancy through sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and effectively transitioning candidates to onboarding teams.
This position requires ownership and decision-making autonomy, not just coordinating recruitment tasks. Candidates prepared in advance and channels selected effectively to prevent delays in staffing are essential. Administrative HR functions like visa processing, payroll, and employee relations will be handled by the HR department, while the recruitment specialist focuses on timely talent acquisition.
Key Duties
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including role intake, postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interviews coordination, offer management, and seamless handover to onboarding.
- Maintaining and monitoring time-to-fill metrics for each position with active candidate pipelines ensuring vacancies are addressed within a week.
- Conducting structured telephone and face-to-face screenings aligned with role requirements prior to passing candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinating interview schedules across multiple locations including Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah, and Armenia.
- Weekly reporting on recruitment pipeline metrics such as open roles, candidate sourcing, interviews conducted, and offers extended.
- Implementing proactive sourcing strategies via platforms like LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent, and other niche sites through active outreach rather than passive posting.
- Maintaining accurate and updated job postings on the careers page, closing roles promptly once filled.
- Building and sustaining a ready candidate pool for frequently hired roles like housekeeping, maintenance, driving, and guest support.
- Managing the employee referral program and maintaining its visibility among staff.
- Supervising recruitment agencies for difficult-to-fill roles by setting clear briefs, enforcing deadlines, and discontinuing partnerships that do not meet expectations.
- Executing high-volume hiring for blue-collar positions efficiently, organizing batch interviews as necessary.
- Filling specialized white-collar roles such as customer support, reservations, finance, marketing, technology, and branch management.
- Supporting recruitment efforts for branches located in Fujairah, Sharjah, and coordinating with local HR for Armenia-based vacancies.
- Screening candidates based on critical attributes like initiative, adaptability, and measurable achievements beyond just tenure on resumes.
- Ensuring application screening questions are applied uniformly before CV review.
- Completing reference checks prior to offer approval without exceptions.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate recruitment documentation for all roles and candidates.
- Providing candidates with clear communications, timely status updates, and respectful rejection notices, recognizing their potential as future clients or property owners.
- Preparing detailed offer documentation for HR and leadership sign-off.
- Continuously improving recruitment processes through monthly reviews of funnel drop-offs, channel effectiveness, and procedural adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Between 2 to 4 years of robust, end-to-end recruitment experience in the UAE within companies ranging 100–500 employees, preferably in hospitality, property, facilities, or comparable operational sectors.
- Demonstrable success managing both high-volume blue-collar recruitment and specialized office hiring with measurable benchmarks such as roles filled, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Proficient in direct candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and UAE focused job boards including Bayt, Indeed, and GulfTalent.
- Skilled in structured candidate interviewing ensuring defensible shortlisting decisions.
- Self-directed decision-maker able to operate autonomously within recruitment parameters, verified by prior supervisor references.
- Experienced with AI-driven sourcing and candidate engagement tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and LinkedIn AI, utilized routinely in day-to-day activities.
- Residency in the UAE and available to work onsite full-time in Dubai, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Remote or hybrid working options are not offered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in hospitality or property management recruitment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems including effective database maintenance.
- Additional language skills including Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog, or Russian advantageous for sourcing diverse candidates.
- Understanding of UAE visa categories and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) processes related to offer stages.
- Graduation from a UAE university such as UOWD, AUD, AUS, or Heriot-Watt Dubai.
What We Provide
- Complete ownership of recruitment across a sizeable 230-person organization managing 700+ properties, with your outcomes visible on a weekly basis.
- Direct engagement with HR leadership and executive management ensuring prompt decision-making.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development, a six-month probation aligned with UAE Labour Law, and sponsorship of UAE employment visa.
