Position Summary

We have an opening for a Recruitment Resourcer in our Temp Labour Hire division focused on identifying and engaging great candidates while building positive relations and advancing your recruitment career.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ambition and proactively drive your recruitment career with focus and initiative.
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract both candidates and clients.
• Utilize telephonic communication to effectively screen applicants and manage the candidate database.
• Conduct engaging interviews that foster trust and a deep understanding of candidate profiles.
• Act as a recruitment expert by sourcing and engaging talent for vacancies, including passive candidates not actively applying.
• Consistently exceed key performance indicators providing a rewarding sense of achievement.
• Uphold and promote our safety culture, "Teaming up for Zero," demonstrating genuine commitment to workplace safety.
• Manage administrative tasks such as data entry and compliance efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 plus superannuation and provision of a laptop.
