About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment efforts across Queensland and Northern Territory operations, with potential to assist other units as needed. This role is a 12-month parental leave contract starting in late September or early October, based at Kingston with flexible work options and onsite parking available.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to manage recruitment processes end-to-end, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage entire recruitment lifecycle including advertising roles, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers, offering guidance throughout recruitment.
  • Actively source and engage talent through diverse channels to develop strong talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while maintaining seamless candidate experiences.
  • Support workforce planning and continuously identify improvements in recruitment processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in internal or agency recruitment, recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or related people-focused function.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities capable of handling competing priorities and high-volume workloads.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with credibility and influence across all business levels.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new systems, processes, and business environments.
  • Excellent communication, customer-oriented, and collaborative approach.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine passion for producing excellent outcomes.
  • Experience with recruitment or HR systems is advantageous.
