Key Responsibilities
- Identify, interview, and match highly qualified candidates to suitable job openings.
- Proactively engage with both new and existing clients through outreach and business development calls to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, assisting candidates and clients from initial briefs through offer negotiation.
- Develop specialized knowledge of the customer’s market by maintaining curiosity and a bold approach.
- Take responsibility for achieving targets and contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.
- Participate actively in a vibrant and inclusive work culture that values and celebrates individual and team achievements.
