Recruitment Consultant

Overview

FinTop Consulting Ltd, a UK-headquartered recruitment firm with locations in London and Ahmedabad, is searching for experienced Recruitment Consultants. This role involves identifying and securing top talent across various industries including financial trading, Forex/CFD, technology startups, software companies, and leading financial institutions. The position is office-based in Gota, Ahmedabad, offering a collaborative and encouraging work atmosphere.

Work Schedule & Compensation

The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 10 PM (adjusted to 2 PM to 11 PM during daylight saving time). Compensation is negotiable and includes an uncapped commission plan.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various job portals and LinkedIn to source qualified candidates suitable for client needs.
• Conduct detailed telephone interviews to evaluate candidate eligibility.
• Schedule and manage interview appointments effectively.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with the UK-based team to attract premium talent.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within technical or financial sectors excluding healthcare.
• Interest or prior experience in the UK/EU recruitment markets is advantageous.
• Fluent English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate a positive, winning mindset and dedication to continuous learning.
• Strong time management abilities with a commitment to ethical and quality service delivery.
