Role Overview
This role involves spearheading the Executive & Business Support desk within Core Talent's Brisbane Corporate Services division. You will manage an established client base and leverage national accounts to grow this desk. The position offers autonomy to expand your influence in the market, supported by a skilled team and extensive company resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivating and strengthening client relationships.
- Utilizing existing client networks to identify business opportunities.
- Generating new business leads within your market segment.
- Finding and engaging high-quality candidates.
- Overseeing the recruitment process from initial briefing through to successful placement.
- Building and maintaining robust candidate networks and talent pools.
- Enhancing your knowledge and visibility within the market.
- Working collaboratively with the broader Corporate Services team and Core Talent at large.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in recruitment agency environments.
- Experience in Corporate Services or Business Support recruitment is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.
- Proactive in developing new business and creating opportunities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own desk independently.
- Comfortable working autonomously while maintaining team collaborations.
- Determined to develop a significant network and market presence.
