About the Role

Creideas UK, part of the Tatton Recruitment Group, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their London office. Creideas specializes in recruitment across sectors such as Accountancy & Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and Legal. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement (office Monday to Wednesday, remote Thursday to Friday) and focuses on managing and developing a Professional Services permanent desk, primarily for high-quality finance and accounting placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead business development efforts for your assigned desk, building new client relationships and expanding services within existing clients.
• Deliver a consultative, high-touch service through regular face-to-face client visits and ongoing engagement.
• Source, attract, and successfully place exceptional candidates into permanent finance and accountancy roles.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders to fully understand recruitment challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Consistently meet or surpass set targets and key performance indicators.

Person Specification

• Proven track record as an Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment with consistent achievement of targets.
• Strong understanding and experience recruiting within accountancy and finance sectors.
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• A relationship-focused approach paired with consultative sales capabilities.
