Role and Responsibilities
This position entails proactive talent sourcing utilizing advanced Boolean search techniques, engagement of potential candidates through personalized communication, and preliminary screening to assess qualifications and company fit.
- Apply strategic and advanced Boolean search methodologies for comprehensive talent sourcing via professional networks and alternative platforms.
- Develop customized and persuasive outreach messages aimed at engaging passive candidates and conveying the employer's value proposition effectively.
- Perform initial phone or video interviews to gauge candidate suitability based on skills, availability, and cultural compatibility.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates should be prepared to actively drive recruitment efforts employing both IT and non-IT recruitment strategies while demonstrating strong communication and engagement skills.
