Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the company, encompassing both technical and non-technical hires. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to convert vacancy requirements into successful placements, ensuring a smooth and consistent hiring process as the organization expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates proactively through outbound approaches, referrals, networking, and targeted communities.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines aligned with current and projected hiring needs, mapping candidates within appropriate markets and functional areas.
- Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and draft precise hiring briefs.
- Evaluate and shortlist candidates for various functions including Engineering, Product, Commercial, Operations, and Corporate roles.
- Organize interview logistics, collect and manage feedback, and ensure effective communication throughout.
- Handle offer creation, negotiations, and successful closure of hiring processes.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive experience for all candidates during recruitment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set hiring priorities and timelines.
- Provide advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and realistic recruitment timelines.
- Report regularly on hiring progress, talent pipelines, and obstacles.
- Standardize recruitment materials and interview formats to ensure consistency.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and guarantee up-to-date and accurate hiring data.
- Oversee job advertisements, LinkedIn presence, and employer branding efforts.
Experience & Skills
- 3 to 7 years of recruitment experience, either internally or agency-based, recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Background in recruitment within SaaS, fintech, or other related technology sectors.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
- Proven success in directly sourcing and placing candidates.
- Technical understanding sufficient to assess engineering candidates credibly.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong skills in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management capabilities.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience recruiting across several geographic markets or regions.
- Involvement in hiring for early-stage or nascent teams.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing technologies.
- Experience contributing to employer branding or careers page initiatives.
