Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end hiring processes for roles across technical and non-technical departments. This position requires autonomous initiative to identify recruitment needs and implement solutions without close supervision, working closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations to optimize hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse mix of technical and non-technical positions.
  • Proactively source candidates to build robust pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
  • Identify and address gaps in recruitment processes within your area and related functions independently.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and resolve hiring obstacles.
  • Understand and align recruiting efforts with team success metrics.
  • Engage with multiple functions strategically, avoiding isolated or siloed work.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data using the Ashby ATS, providing transparent updates to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to enhancing hiring processes and interview frameworks.
  • Effectively communicate the OP Labs mission and culture to prospective candidates, including those new to Web3 technology.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within fast-paced technology or crypto/Web3 environments.
  • Demonstrated success hiring across technical fields (engineering, infrastructure) and non-technical domains (GTM).
  • Strong proactive sourcing skills to build candidate pools without relying on inbound flow.
  • Exceptional initiative in recognizing and acting on unaddressed recruitment needs.
  • Experience working with Ashby or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Clear and effective communication with hiring managers and candidates; confident in raising concerns when needed.
  • Ability to work autonomously on critical tasks while considering overarching organizational goals.
  • Openness to feedback and continuous iteration of recruitment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior recruiting experience specifically in Web3 or cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Understanding of token-based compensation models.
  • Experience with companies undergoing rapid scaling or organizational headcount changes.
