Listers Group is hiring a polished, clear-speaking, and professional Receptionist for its OMODA dealership in Solihull. This front-of-house role is central to creating a welcoming first impression for visitors and callers, while keeping the showroom reception area running smoothly and in an organised way.

Working hours

The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the dealership and connect them with the appropriate team members.
• Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the correct department.
• Assist with customer events and promotional activities across the business.
• Carry out occasional administrative and ad hoc support tasks as needed.
