Overview
Muskurahat Foundation is seeking a Receptionist / Front Office Executive based in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, volunteers, donors, and staff as well as managing various front desk administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Duties
- Welcome and provide support to visitors, volunteers, donors, and employees.
- Manage incoming calls and handle email communications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and schedule appointments.
- Organize office correspondence and documentation systematically.
- Coordinate meetings and events in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Assist administrative and operational teams as needed.
- Keep files, databases, and office supplies updated and well-stocked.
- Perform basic data entry tasks and contribute to report creation.
Required Skills
- Strong communication capabilities in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
- Fundamental computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and email usage.
- Professional demeanor with effective customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should usually have completed 12th grade or hold a graduate degree. Freshers are welcome to apply based on availability. Familiarity with basic office administration is preferred.
Salary Details
The monthly remuneration ranges from 15700 to 21400 INR.
