About the Organization

Shramik Naari Sangh is a women-focused NGO dedicated to promoting rural development and empowering women through sustainable livelihood programs. The organization operates a small-scale manufacturing unit that produces high-quality personal care and cosmetic items.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine analytical and physical tests on raw materials, packaging, and in-process or finished cosmetics, including assessing pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and sensory qualities.
• Perform stability and shelf-life testing on current and newly formulated products.
• Supervise production batches to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
• Detect, document, and investigate deviations or quality non-conformances and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Support preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for state FDA licensing, cosmetic regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and cleanroom hygiene protocols within the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, batch manufacturing records, and Certificates of Analysis.
• Manage inventory of laboratory chemicals, reagents, and testing equipment.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures for lab instruments and testing methods.

Work Location: On-site at Parli (Near Nanose), District Raigad, Maharashtra.

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

Remuneration: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month
