Role Overview
We are seeking a precise and diligent Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The candidate will be pivotal in preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing vendor quotations efficiently, and entering relevant data into specialized software. They will also be responsible for assessing general cash flow and engaging in negotiation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities to support project requirements.
- Manage and oversee vendor quotation processes effectively.
- Accurately input data related to quantities and quotations into appropriate software tools.
- Evaluate cash flow positions and provide insight for financial planning.
- Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure optimal terms.
