Role Purpose

The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the delivery lifecycle of client implementation projects in Rasēd's portfolio. Key duties include overseeing project scope, detailed planning, execution, and closing phases, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will orchestrate cross-functional team efforts and nurture client relationships throughout the implementation process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end management of assigned client projects including scoping, planning, executing, and closing.
  • Maintain and update project documents such as project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate project steering committee meetings and prepare comprehensive status reports.
  • Coordinate efforts among multiple teams, including Front-end Development, Professional Services, and Sales, to achieve project milestones.
  • Engage and manage communication with client stakeholders during implementation phases.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles, escalating them effectively to the PMO Director.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of three years managing projects within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Possessing CAPM or PMP project management certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Desirable experience includes working on projects related to banking, fintech, or regulatory technology domains.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.
  • Capability to coordinate diverse teams covering technical and business aspects.
