This position supports the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Job Corps by providing oversight for the national Health & Wellness Program. The role involves policy execution, ensuring compliance, quality enhancement, technical support, assessments, reporting, and engagement with government partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract management activities and act as the chief liaison for stakeholders
• Direct quality assurance processes, manage staffing, oversee reporting, mitigate risks, implement policies, and maintain communication with clients
• Supervise Subject Matter Experts and Program Analysts
• Handle deliverable management and drive ongoing quality improvements
• Compile monthly reports, attend relevant meetings, provide technical guidance, and foster continuous enhancement efforts

Qualifications

• Possession of a degree from a recognized institution
• Over ten years of experience managing residential or health-related programs with responsibilities including strategic planning, quality improvement, policy review, and data oversight
• Ability to obtain and keep a Public Trust security clearance

Preferred Experience

• Background in federal program management, including familiarity with Job Corps, WIOA, Department of Labor initiatives, or public health sectors
