With teams in Singapore, Wuxi, and Dresden, the company works with international clients such as tier-1 IDMs, foundries, and OSATs. It is hiring a Project Manager to oversee delivery across its computer vision and automation products.

Role Overview

In this position, you will act as the main link between engineering teams and customers. You will manage projects from initial requirement gathering and planning through deployment and final acceptance, while keeping schedules, communication, and cross-team execution on track. The role calls for strong English and Mandarin communication, a high level of ownership, and the ability to manage several parallel workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

Deep technical coding expertise is not required, but you should be comfortable discussing technical topics at a high level and converting client needs into practical project plans for engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects for computer vision and automation solutions, making sure outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the main contact for customers in semiconductor fabs, IDMs, and OSATs, including handling expectations, progress communication, and issue escalation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as CV engineers, automation developers, data scientists, and deployment engineers across Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status updates, and present progress reports to the CTO and client stakeholders.
• Turn business needs and client requirements into clear implementation specifications for technical teams.
• Bridge communication between Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders so that all sides stay aligned.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones using structured project management practices.
• Spot risks and blockers early and push issues to resolution with urgency and accountability.
• Contribute to process improvements such as better documentation, OKR tracking, and team collaboration workflows.
• Support pre-sales activities when needed, including proposals, statements of work, and client presentations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in technology, AI/ML, manufacturing, or semiconductor-related environments.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), spoken and written, is required for internal and client communication.
• Strong ownership mindset with dependable follow-through and accountability for deliverables.
• Good planning and organisational ability, with the capacity to manage several projects at the same time.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with technical teams and senior customers.
• Must be based in Singapore or open to relocating there.
• Preferred experience includes AI/ML or computer vision project exposure, semiconductor or advanced manufacturing familiarity, PMP/PRINCE2 or similar certification, cross-border team collaboration, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Teams.
• A basic understanding of agile and waterfall methods is an advantage.
