The Project Coordinator will ensure architectural and design projects remain well-organized, progressing within schedule, and fully supported from initial conception through to final delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Organize both internal and client meetings by managing calendars, agendas, venue arrangements, materials, catering, and technical setups.

  • Assist in handling key project documents such as contracts, proposals, submittals, RFIs, and formal reports.
  • Coordinate quality control documentation processes including necessary stamping and final document handling.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, or related roles, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction, design, or allied fields.
  • Proven capability to handle competing deadlines, maintain organization, and effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for interactions within teams and with external partners.
