Role Overview
This position focuses on utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations to manage project setup, resources, and reporting. The candidate will be deeply involved in coordination among stakeholders, managing resources, and maintaining project oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations for project establishment, resource oversight, and reporting functions.
- Engagement in project coordination, including PMO-related duties like capacity planning, monitoring allocations, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing project reports.
- Effective communication with leadership, clients, vendors, and cross-functional groups to ensure stakeholder alignment.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Power BI for building dashboards, creating reports, and analyzing project metrics.
- Competence in Power Automate to automate workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Background in Enterprise PMO or structured project delivery environments is advantageous.
Educational Requirements and Certifications
