About the Role and Workplace
This permanent, full-time position begins in Term 4, 2026, based at Kalgoorlie-Boulder Community High School (CHS) in the vibrant regional city of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Western Australia. The school serves over 900 students from Years 7 to 10 and fosters an inclusive, supportive culture focusing on high expectations and student success. Role Overview
The Program Coordinator - Teaching and Learning plays a key leadership role collaborating with the Principal and administrative staff to champion the school's academic vision. The role is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance teaching quality across classrooms, facilitating professional learning, and modelling the school's instructional approach. Responsibilities also include overseeing instructional coaches, academic extension and gifted student programs, foundation classes, and general administrative tasks, while maintaining close liaison with school leadership and specialist educators.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid working visa for the appointment duration

- Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and screening by the Department of Education
