Role Overview
The position is a full-time, on-location housekeeping role based in Patna. Responsibilities include comprehensive cleaning duties covering floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Tasks involve dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and managing waste removal. Additionally, laundry duties comprising washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing may be required. Staff must follow prescribed cleaning procedures, appropriately handle cleaning agents and tools, and uphold hygiene standards in various settings. Professional interactions with clients and cooperative coordination with supervisors and peers to ensure high-quality, prompt task completion are essential.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in housekeeping, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness in both residential and commercial environments.
- Competence in laundry operations such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and clothing.
- Effective customer service and communication capabilities to engage courteously with clients and clearly convey service information.
- Openness to training programs for mastering new cleaning methods, safety protocols, and organizational standards.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and time management skills to fulfill duties efficiently and on schedule.
- Physical readiness for manual labor, including prolonged standing, handling moderate weights, and safely operating cleaning machinery.
- Previous experience in professional housekeeping or related cleaning services is advantageous.
