About the Role
R&D Partners invites candidates to join their pharmaceutical manufacturing team as a Production Operator based in Tipperary, Ireland. This role is pivotal in supporting the production of life-saving medicines by maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to and promote strict workplace safety and environmental health protocols.
- Report any safety, quality, equipment, or procedural concerns to management promptly.
- Support the introduction of new products, including pilot line setups and development of related documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to allocate tasks and ensure production deadlines are met.
- Complete training as required and document it accurately to meet quality guidelines.
- Accurately log working hours and submit timesheets for approval.
- Apply problem-solving abilities to maintain continuous and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with technicians, engineers, and other personnel to troubleshoot production issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) rigorously and achieve production goals.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, applying "clean as you go" principles.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (cGDP).
- Participate actively in continuous improvement projects such as lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies.
- Represent the company professionally during client and regulatory engagements.
- Attend additional training sessions and support investigative and corrective action processes when needed.
