Product Quality Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Validation Expert to join our team on an hourly contract basis. This remote role entails a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week and focuses on evaluating AI products from the perspective of user experience, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks to assess AI product outputs regarding user experience.
• Identify and analyze issues within evaluation tasks that may affect user experience, safety, or product functionality.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to establish and enhance product validation standards and criteria.
• Transform user feedback into practical recommendations to enhance accuracy, safety, and ease of use.
• Record findings and suggestions clearly for communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track product usage patterns and proactively detect new risks or user experience challenges.
• Participate in ongoing efforts to improve validation procedures and assessment methods.

Qualifications

• Proven background in product validation, user experience assessment, or related fields.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and detail.
• Experience designing and implementing structured evaluation frameworks and scoring rubrics.
• Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to potential risks and usability problems.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in documenting complex insights into accessible, actionable formats.
• Flexible and capable of adapting to dynamic projects and evolving product demands.
