About The Role
Clera, a rapidly expanding seed-stage startup in Berlin, is seeking a Product Marketer to work at the crossroads of product development and market engagement. This foundational marketing position involves translating frequent product updates into clear positioning, persuasive storytelling, and sales-ready resources, helping customers and prospects understand an evolving product and its marketplace.
The company offers a comprehensive, enterprise-level AI platform designed to facilitate secure integration and adoption of generative AI across organizations. With significant ARR growth and a streamlined high-performing team, this role promises high impact for someone who values initiative and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for key product launches across suitable channels.
- Convert product improvements into compelling narratives highlighting their importance for end users and buyers.
- Create and maintain differentiated product positioning targeting diverse buyer personas such as enterprise IT leaders and AI specialists.
- Produce clear product materials including comparison pages, feature summaries, one-pagers, and campaign guides.
- Engage directly with customers, analyze support tickets and sales conversations to uncover true user value.
- Support sales and customer success teams with messaging frameworks, collateral, and robust responses to complex questions about the product.
- Contribute to defining the enterprise AI category positioning as both market and product progress.
- Participate in product review sessions to stay aligned with ongoing developments and strategic rationale.
- Assist in public-facing demos and presentations when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in product marketing focused on launching software features or products.
- Track record of owning the complete product launch lifecycle, including multi-channel execution.
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical products simply for non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional written communication emphasizing clarity and the strategic use of visuals.
- Regular practice of customer research via direct conversations, support ticket analysis, and sales meeting participation.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Experience developing and sustaining product positioning and tailored messaging frameworks for varied audience segments.
- Proactive ownership approach, addressing tasks end-to-end without needing detailed instructions.
- A cooperative and empathetic attitude toward colleagues and client-facing stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
- Routine use of AI tools for research, drafting, and synthesizing content.
- Comfortable speaking on camera or delivering demos in public settings.
- Experience marketing to or selling within the German enterprise IT sector (German Mittelstand).
Work Location & Conditions
This position requires onsite work in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not offered; applicants must already have legal work authorization in Germany.
