Product & Inventory Executive

Position Overview

Calling Crystals seeks a dedicated, methodical individual to oversee crystal inventory and product preparation tasks. This role is suited to someone who values product handling, maintaining precision, and is eager to acquire new skills.

Primary Duties

• Receive incoming stock shipments and cross-check with invoices.
• Organize crystals by size, weight, quality, and aesthetics.
• Create product variants and pricing documentation.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Systematically label and store products.
• Craft crystal bracelets and other simple handmade items.
• Conduct quality inspections prior to dispatch.
• Assist the packaging team during periods of high order volume.
• Ensure the inventory area is clean and orderly.
• Communicate with company founders about any inventory shortages or issues.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for inventory management.
• Basic proficiency in computer use.
• Enthusiasm to learn about crystals and grading methods.
• Ability to work independently without ongoing supervision.
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, retail, or e-commerce is advantageous.
• Experience with jewellery, handicrafts, or premium products is a plus.
