The role focuses on sourcing medical equipment, consumables, and related services while making sure every purchase aligns with technical requirements and hospital-level standards.
What you will do
You will handle the end-to-end procurement cycle, from raising and assessing RFQs to comparing supplier proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and issuing purchase orders. The role requires close coordination with clinical and administrative teams to understand needs, track deliveries, and keep procurement activities running smoothly.
You will also be expected to identify and address discrepancies, maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation, forecast upcoming requirements with internal stakeholders, and help reduce costs without affecting quality or compliance.

Additional requirements

- Review quotations carefully by comparing both technical and commercial aspects.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, internal departments, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage the RFQ process from preparing specifications to analyzing bids.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a similar discipline, or bring equivalent experience.
- Previous exposure to healthcare or medical equipment procurement will be considered an advantage.
- Be comfortable using procurement or ERP platforms along with common office software.
- Work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with close attention to detail.
Notes
This role is intended for a candidate who can contribute to compliance with relevant regulations and support ongoing improvements in procurement practices.
