Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to the printing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Conduct printing processes and post-print capsule inspection and packing in line with Acceptable Quality Levels and customer standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene, along with the upkeep of machinery and printing booths, to ensure optimal working conditions.
• Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during respective shifts.
• Facilitate continuous machine operation with proper charge handover at PCM workplace to maximize efficiency and uphold GMP standards.
• Monitor printed capsule quality against control samples, identify various defects, document findings in print inspection reports, and implement corrective measures.
• Perform machine changeovers between orders, including completing line clearance, setting up new print jobs, and ensuring all equipment is clean and inspection-ready.
• Label and organize process equipment, print machine parts, product types, inks, and raw materials appropriately, reporting maintenance requirements to supervisors.
• Participate actively in Project and Quality teams to implement agreed action plans and support shutdown activities as assigned.
• Attend all designated trainings to enhance skills as a PCM operator and maintain professionalism and team harmony.
