Job Overview

The Plant Protection Guard at Kasapreko PLC in Adeiso is responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the facility, employees, visitors, and assets. This role requires vigilant monitoring of premises, regulating access, reacting to emergencies, and ensuring adherence to company security policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Control facility access by validating identities of employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Ensure all visitors register properly and are accompanied by authorized personnel and wear high-visibility vests as per policy.
• Prevent unauthorized entry into restricted zones.
• Conduct regular patrols covering the perimeter, parking, warehouses, and critical areas to identify and prevent suspicious activities.
• Secure all doors, windows, and gates after working hours.
• Protect company assets including raw materials, finished products, and equipment from theft or damage.
• Verify and document outgoing products, inspect vehicles and staff for unauthorized removal of property.
• Implement company security protocols and ensure compliance with safety equipment usage.
• Respond swiftly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies according to procedures.
• Report suspicious activities and security breaches promptly to the Security Supervisor.
• Provide assistance during emergencies like evacuations or medical scenarios, adhering to emergency plans.
• Keep comprehensive records of all security actions, including visitor logs, patrols, and incidents.
• Count pallet products during inspections to prevent loss or theft.
• Offer courteous and professional assistance to employees and visitors, addressing inquiries calmly and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Completion of Senior High School or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous background in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferable but not mandatory.
