Planner

Role Overview

This position as a Planner involves generating key deliverables within the planning sub-discipline, while collaborating with leads from various other sub-disciplines to ensure cohesive and integrated outputs. The Planner is expected to operate independently with periodic guidance from a Project Controls Manager. Additionally, mentoring and guiding junior planners in creating supporting documentation is a significant aspect of the role.

Working Conditions

This is a hybrid working role based in Bristol and Bridgwater, requiring 3 days per week at the Bristol office and 2 days at the Bridgwater location. The role entails up to 40 working hours per week.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of five years’ experience in planning, particularly with involvement in large, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of the planning process with the ability to contribute high-quality inputs to planning and scheduling through analytical approaches including questioning, challenging, and validating data.
• Experience with Master Scheduling, schedule reporting, Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, resource analysis, and Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) models and reports.
• Possession of UK National Security Vetting status, specifically BPSS clearance, is required.
