Overview

Daga Impex is hiring for the role of Picker / Packer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This full-time position requires the candidate to work from 10 AM to 8 PM and involves handling stock items, ensuring their quality and packaging, and coordinating with relevant teams for smooth dispatch operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick stock items according to order documentation such as bills or challans.
• Verify product attributes like size, design, quantity, and quality during picking.
• Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and barcoding of items if applicable.
• Cross-check packed goods with invoices prior to dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organized storage of warehouse inventory.
• Support stock counting and inventory audits as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams for prioritizing urgent orders.
• Report any damaged or missing goods promptly to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass preferred.
• Basic knowledge of product categories, preferably kidswear.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing tasks.
• Capability to operate in a fast-moving environment.
• Physical fitness to stand, lift, and move stock items.
• Honest, disciplined individual who can work well within a team.
