Job Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from inventory according to order details.
• Carefully pack items ensuring they are secure for shipment.
• Label, scan, and arrange shipments for dispatch effectively.
• Conduct regular stock counting and inventory verification tasks.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Adhere to established quality control procedures and dispatch standard operating protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of Class X (secondary school) pass.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, FMCG, cosmetics, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under fast-paced working conditions.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹18,000.
