We have an exciting position open for an experienced Physiotherapist to work directly with the New Zealand Defence Force. This role supports a variety of individuals ranging from cadets to seasoned military personnel, helping them to achieve their rehabilitation and fitness goals through tailored clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessment and treatment of diverse injuries including musculoskeletal conditions, concussion, pre- and post-surgical care, respiratory issues, burns, and pelvic health concerns.
  • Design and implement rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
  • Collaborate closely with military medical and training staff to support fitness and resilience initiatives.
  • Enhance performance optimization for high-achieving military individuals.

Candidate Profile

  • Hold relevant physiotherapy qualifications, professional registration, and a current practicing certificate.
  • Possess a valid New Zealand driver's license.
  • Demonstrate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Preferably have at least two years of clinical experience; however, applicants at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants must be New Zealand or Australian citizens.
