Role Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' strength, mobility, and daily function.
• Document and monitor patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team to optimize outcomes.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through Upstream’s mentorship and educational programs.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Possession of or eligibility for an active Georgia PTA license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $28 to $35, with an achievable monthly bonus program that most clinicians qualify for.
