Overview

We are seeking a Personaldisponent (m/w/d) for a client in the energy sector, based in Frankfurt am Main, starting 01.09.2026. This role is offered on a permanent contract through Unique Professionals with attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently scheduling installation, meter reading, fault repair, and disconnection orders.
• Planning and coordinating assignments for field service employees.
• Ensuring compliance with technical connection requirements and regulatory standards, including calibration laws.
• Managing documentation and filing.
• Communicating with customers via phone and written correspondence to coordinate appointments.
• Handling complaint processing.
• Monitoring data interfaces between order creation and dispatch processes.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field.
• One to two years of professional experience in dispatch or scheduling roles.
• Proficient user of MS Office; knowledge of SAP IS-U, Argos, and Magnis is advantageous.
• Strong command of German language, both spoken and written.
• Reliability, excellent communication skills, service orientation, and strong organizational abilities.

Additional Information

• Permanent employment contract with Unique Professionals.
• Above-tariff salary of approximately €23 gross per hour plus travel cost subsidy.
