Role Overview
Gallagher Ireland, part of the Arthur J. Gallagher Group, is hiring a Personal Lines Administrator for its Wexford or Kilkenny office. This is a permanent, full-time position within one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage groups. The business has more than 100 years of combined insurance experience in Ireland and provides personal, business, and financial insurance solutions tailored to customer needs.

What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Personal Lines team.
- Support the preparation, issue, and processing of personal lines policies, renewals, and endorsements.
- Keep customer information accurate, current, and confidential.
- Respond to queries from clients by phone, email, or in person, covering policy information, claims, and billing support.
- Liaise with providers to secure quotations, process policy changes, and resolve data or document discrepancies.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and documents for client meetings.
- Track outstanding customer requirements and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with claims handling by collecting supporting documents and coordinating with relevant contacts.
- Work in line with company procedures, industry rules, and legal obligations.
- Take part in team discussions and contribute ideas for improving processes.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate will have strong office administration experience in a busy environment, along with excellent communication and organisational ability. You should be comfortable handling multiple priorities, working in a customer-focused setting, and keeping a close eye on detail. A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach is important.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Applied software would be an advantage.
