Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to oversee advertising campaigns and revenue growth across multiple e-commerce and q-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ad operations, coupled with a hands-on approach to managing Shopify-based websites and customer journey optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding 5 lakhs, closely monitoring platform performance and campaign outcomes.
• Drive revenue growth across various Q-Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and BB Now, as well as Amazon, through strategic ad placements and campaign management.
• Collaborate with category teams on different platforms to devise, optimize, and execute growth strategies effectively.
• Handle product listings, coordinate promotional activities, and ensure product visibility on multiple marketplaces.
• Plan, initiate, and fine-tune Meta and Google Ads campaigns aimed at maximizing return on investment.
• Manage end-to-end operations for the Shopify website, including listing management and analytics for Snackible's online presence.
• Identify and solve issues affecting the customer journey by working closely with the customer care team to improve overall site functionality.
• Investigate and develop new avenues for growth within digital marketplaces and advertising networks.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must hold a minimum of a graduate degree and be prepared to work onsite in Bengaluru, India.
