Role Overview
This People Operations Manager position is responsible for supporting employees throughout their journey with the company and helping create a workplace that feels supportive, engaging, and empowering. The role is key to attracting strong talent, retaining team members, and strengthening a culture where people can do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner with the People Operations function to improve and sustain systems for hiring, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, talent management, and HR data quality. You will also oversee the day-to-day running of People processes, making sure policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and culture-building initiatives are carried out effectively.
Additional duties include managing employee programs, being a reliable internal support contact for staff questions and concerns, helping with benefits administration and HR workflows, and ensuring HR systems remain accurate and efficient. You will also help foster an inclusive, connected culture in a remote-first environment and take the lead on new hire orientation and onboarding experiences.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources, along with a strong grasp of HR best practices such as recruiting, compliance, and performance management. A working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws is expected.
The ideal applicant can support employee growth and development, communicates clearly in both written and verbal formats, and works well with People team members and other cross-functional partners. Experience using HRIS, benefits administration tools, and ATS platforms is needed; familiarity with Rippling is considered an advantage.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000, with final pay based on experience.
