The People Development and Learning Graduate Trainee program at L'Oréal invites passionate, adaptable, and resilient recent graduates to begin their professional journey by tackling meaningful challenges with creativity. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing learning strategies and ad-hoc training initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback following learning sessions to drive continual enhancements and recommend improvements.
• Design communication plans to promote learning programs and encourage employee involvement.
• Maintain and update the quarterly learning KPI dashboards and generate reports for senior leadership.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning records are current and accurate in collaboration with shared services.
• Coordinate with external training providers to deliver educational programs effectively.
• Manage purchase orders for internal and external training, ensuring timely and precise settlements.
• Support activities related to performance management rollouts and employee engagement surveys.

Candidate Profile

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn with strong adaptability.
• Collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, coupled with a strong data analysis mindset.

Selection Process

The recruitment process includes an initial application, followed by a possible telephonic discussion with a recruiter. Successful candidates may then attend an assessment center and subsequent interviews with HR and hiring managers.
