Key Responsibilities
- Run the monthly payroll process accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update employee master records.
- Serve as the main contact for payroll-related questions from staff.
- Coordinate with social insurance providers and public authorities.
- Prepare evaluations, reports, and payroll-related analyses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security regulations.
- Confident use of standard payroll software and MS Excel.
- Well-structured, dependable way of working.
- High level of discretion and sense of responsibility.
- Good command of German.
